SCAR REVISION

ACNE SCAR

Acne scars are permanent marks left on the skin after a breakout of acne. They occur when the inflammatory process of acne damages the skin's underlying layers, leading to the formation of depressions, raised bumps, or discoloration.
Accidental scars are a natural part of the healing process that occurs after your body has been injured by an accident, such as a burn, cut, or fall. Picture
Types of Acne Scars:
  • Depressed scars: Indentations in the skin that can appear as pits or boxcar-like shapes.
  • Raised scars: Hypertrophic or keloid scars that rise above the skin's surface.
  • Discolored scars: Dark or light spots that remain after acne inflammation.

Causes:
Inflammation caused by acne breakouts, Picking or squeezing acne lesions, Genetics, and Delayed treatment of acne.

our treatment

ECF SKIN REGENERATION PROCEDURE

ECF stands for Elastin, Collagen and Fibroblast.
Elastin and Collagen are the main structural protein in the body that gives the skin rigidity, elasticity and support.

Collagen provides strength and firmness, while elastin allows skin to stretch and recoil. Together, they contribute to youthful, healthy-looking skin.

Fibroblasts synthesize and secrete the components of the Extracellular Matrix (ECM), including collagen, elastin.

With this procedure based on the appearance of the individual acne scar case, we can either use Plasma Device or Crystallite Laser for skin regeneration and repair.

This procedure works by
delivering  controlled energy to the skin, that creates micro-injuries. These micro-injuries stimulate the body's natural healing process, which in turn activates fibroblasts in the skin.  By targeting fibroblasts, the treatment encourages the production of new collagen and elastin, proteins that are essential for skin elasticity and firmness.  This process helps to regenerate the tissue, leads to improves skin texture, tone , and also reduce the appearance of acne scar.

  • Contraction of the surface skin tissue creating immediate & dramatic skin improvement.
  • Revitalization of the epidermis by making it shed old skin cells & replace them with healthy new skin cells.
  • Promoting strengthening and lifting of the skin structure over a sustained period of time.
  • We help re-shape, re-build & strengthen the scaffolding within the dermis to promote elasticity and flexibility.
  • Activation & release of important proteins in the dermis to regulate cell maturation & encourage tissue regeneration & repair.
  • Regeneration continues—we achieve immediate results & those results then improve significantly over the coming months.
Overall, this procedure works on the texture and color of acne scar leading to elimination of scar. It works perfectly well on pitted acne scars as well.

SURGICAL & ACCIDENTAL SCARS

Surgical scars are marks left on the skin after the body heals a surgical incision through the formation of new connective tissue, primarily collagen, examples are: Tummy tuck scar, breast surgery scar, liposuction scar, Gastric sleeve scar, C-section scar, Arm Lift scar, facelift scar and many more.

Accidental Scar: are a natural part of the healing process that occurs after your body has been injured by an accident, such as a burn, cut, self-inflicted scar or fall
